These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Morolingo.com and the Morolingo mobile application. By using the website or the app, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Morolingo.

Morolingo is a mobile application and website designed to help users learn Moroccan Darija and Amazigh through practical vocabulary, audio, quizzes and everyday situations.

The website is a marketing, support and educational content platform. It is not a full desktop learning app and does not provide a web learning account or web payment system.

The Morolingo mobile app is made available through third-party app stores, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download, installation, updates, subscriptions and purchases may also be governed by the terms and policies of those platforms.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or app at any time, including features, content, exercises, lessons, rewards, hearts, premium access or supported languages.

Morolingo may offer free features and optional premium features. Premium features may include additional access such as dictionary features, unlimited dictionary quizzes or unlimited hearts, depending on the version of the app.

Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, refunds and billing management are handled through the relevant app store unless otherwise stated in the app.

You agree to use Morolingo lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse the content, reverse engineer the app, bypass access controls, scrape content at scale or use Morolingo for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, app store account and any charges from your mobile carrier or app store.

Morolingo is an educational tool. We work to provide useful language-learning content, but we do not guarantee that every translation, pronunciation, spelling, dialect form or example will be perfect, complete or suitable for every context.

Darija and Amazigh vary by region, family, context and speaker. The app is intended to support practical learning, not to replace professional translation, interpretation, legal, medical or administrative advice.

Morolingo, including its name, branding, website, app design, text, lessons, exercises, audio, graphics and other content, is owned by WAFE Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use Morolingo for personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publish, reproduce or create derivative products from Morolingo content without prior written permission.

Morolingo may include links to third-party websites or services, including app stores, analytics providers, payment systems, video platforms or social networks. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or services.

Morolingo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website or app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available on every device or in every location.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAFE Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or opportunities arising from your use of Morolingo.

We may suspend or terminate access to Morolingo if we believe you have violated these terms, misused the service or created legal, security or operational risk.
